With the rapid development of the modern wireless communications technology, the quality of the communication is required to be greatly improved by the ground-ground, satellite-ground, inter-satellite space optical communication research organization. High-efficiency optical antenna system is an important guarantee for high-quality optical communications, but the space optical communication research field is confronted with the following technical problems at present: lack of the research technology for the precision optical antenna system, lack of efficient coupling technology for the spatial optical to the fiber, lack of high-precision optical alignment of the antenna system technology, difficulties in designing and making of the large diameter optical antenna system, lack of the solutions to the problem that the transmission performance of the optical antenna system is affected by localized wave-front aberration caused by the mirror thermal distortion in space thermal condition, and so on. The further development of space optical communication is influenced seriously by the above technical problems. For the above, the optimization design methods for the optical antenna system are proposed, three kinds of array optical antenna system are designed, the change of the transmission efficiency of the antenna system is analyzed in the condition of the space off-axis of the optical antenna system, the variation of the transmission performance of the optical antenna system affected by localized wave-front aberration caused by the mirror thermal distortion in space thermal condition is discussed, in this paper.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1. The optimization design methods for the optical antenna system are introduced in the space optical communication, including the optimized design of the system architecture, the optimized selection of the optical material and the optimized design of the optimization algorithm. At the same time, the important role of the various optimal design methods is analyzed.2. Using the simulation software Ze-max and AUTOCAD, combined with the optimized design methods for the optical antenna system, the transmission characteristics of the efficient hollow Bragg fiber and the efficient coupling technology for the spatial optical to the fiber, the three types of array optical antenna system are designed, and their performances are simulated.3. For the ground "one mile" communication (several miles communication), the change of the transmission efficiency of the array optical antenna system in the condition of the space off-axis of the system is researched. At the same time, the influence of the communication bit error rate caused by the space off-axis of optical antenna system is analyzed.4. The mirror thermal distortion of the array optical antenna system which is used to the satellite-ground and inter-satellite optical communication is discussed in the condition of space thermal environment, and the influence of the transmission performance of the optical antenna system affected by localized wave-front aberration caused by the mirror thermal distortion in space thermal condition is analyzed.
