Ultrasound is more than the normal human ear can hear sound waves at frequencies above 20000 Hz. Ultrasonic graphy is the use of ultrasound physical properties and acoustic properties of human organ tissue differences, in order to wave, curve or images in the form of display and recording, in order to carry out diagnosis of the screening method.Due to the rapid development of science and technology, people concerned about the medical condition of the constant increase in medical ultrasound, as a kind of no harm to human body, cheap, portable, and can display real-time movement of an organ or body tissue characteristics, have been widely applied to clinically. At present ultrasound diagnostic methods are more and more attention, ultrasound imaging equipment has been widely used in medical clinical diagnosis.With the development of clinical ultrasound imaging equipment on function and performance requirements, to make the ultrasound imaging equipment need to continually improve and perfect. In order to optimize the ultrasonic system, the author first presents a point spread function (PSF) form algorithm, the focus for the analog front-end system, through computer simulation to calculate the system parameters under different system PSF. In addition, an ultrasound image of human organs is not only reflected the contours of the graphic, often densely covered with irregular spots, often referred to as speckle noise. In the ultrasound image, speckle noise may interfere with the image, showing the image noise. In order to study the noise and speckle ultrasound system optimization, verify the new algorithm, the author proposes a simulation image in an effective way to remove the speckle noise. Besides, because ultrasound imaging system in the imaging process, the spread of beam defocus of images is occurs vague problem, reduce the horizontal resolution of the ultrasound images, ultrasound image defocus conditions are also not very uniform phenomenon. In response to this phenomenon, the thesis, the digital image restoration techniques on the ultrasound image post-processing, Obtained with the previous point spread function and the speckle image formation algorithm combines the use of blind disconsolation approach to study the image restoration.
