The foundation of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) simulation system offers an important method and tool for performance analysis of SAR, and speeds up the development of SAR. At the meantime, the distributed simulation system based on High Level Architecture (HLA) has a good performance on reusability and interoperability. So using HLA technique frame to establish SAR simulation system has an important practical significance for development of SAR.In this dissertation, the distributed simulation technique of Squint airborne SAR based on HLA is studied. First studied for squint mode airborne SAR in the Range Doppler algorithm (RD) and Chirp Scaling (CS) algorithm, and then design a distributed simulation federation of data in the Federation members and imaging Federation members. The main contents are:1. The development of distributed system simulation and SAR imaging is Introduced.2. This dissertation Introduces the basic principles of SAR imaging principle and its two-dimensional resolution , analyzes the squint mode airborne SAR system characteristics, researches the squint mode of RD algorithm and CS algorithm.3. Introducing the HLA technical framework, according to the software development process, development and implementation of the federal model (FEDEP), the dissertation introduces a squint airborne SAR simulation federation development process.4. According to the frame of squint airborne SAR simulation system based on HLA, designing the Data Arrange Federate and Signal Processing Federate, and with C++ language packing the two algorithms.5. Finally, the system is tested using the test federation execution and the results are presented, validate the conclusions.
