The reality world is full of stochastic, uncertain parameters and time delays issues. These concept need to be considered when dealing with control problems, otherwise, the satiability and other qualities of the system would be immediately affected. The essay will start with this issue, and go further to analyze other comprehensive factors, and focus on a kind of uncertain fuzzy stochastic system with time-delay state.The dissertation firstly gives a common mathematic model of an uncertain fuzzy stochastic time-delay system by using a combination of stochastic differential equation, T-S fuzzy system, plus uncertain parameter, random factor and time-delay state. As for this model, under delays dependent condition, the paper investigates robust stability, robust H∞control and robust guaranteed cost control problem of the system by using linear matrix inequality (LMI), Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional theory with the method of delay partitioning, and memory factor attached to the state feedback controller, leading to a smaller group of conservatism conclusions. As for the robust stability analysis, by using the PDC method, the system controller is designed for all admissible uncertainties are robustly stochastically asymptotically stable. As for robust Hx control, it requires the system robust stability and also satisfying H∞quality. The assured upper bound of quadratic cost function is provided based on the result of above, so is the robust quality control and its sufficient condition.At last of every chapter, numerical analyses are given by using the MATLAB LMI Control Toolbox for proving the conclusion correct.
