In the development of Integrated Space Materials Experiment Module(ISMEM),test system in the ground plays an important role. This software is test,experiment system for ISMEM on ground. As the testing software, it provides the tools of monitoring, controlling and getting statistic data, analyzing data, managing system.The design patterns and the basic method of the C # unit testing tool NUnit for unit testing are applied to the subject.The software including: system management module, alarm management module, statistical analysis module, ground test equipment module, experiment record module, sub-station module and main control module of the Chart control, table control, temperature field distribution, control orders and other related functions. This paper first introduces the Design Patterns-based software engineering's basic theory and method, as well as the basic method of the C # unit testing tool NUnit for unit testing,last introduces Detailed needs analysis and project design of each module. In the demand analysis, describes the context of system development, internal structure, network structure and the module division and introduces functional requirements based on use case in detail. In the design of each module, introduces the process of the design of each module of Integrated Space Materials Experiment Module and building a unit test cases, but also introduces the process of sub-station and central station data communication, finally show the project research results.
