In recent years, along with the rapid development of modern science and technology, a lot of engineering control problems which are realized by cooperation among sub-systems has been appeared in the fields of communication system, power system, chemical industry, transportation system and multi-agent system. The research of cooperation control for multi-agent system has become a hot topic in the field of international system science, and attracted extensive attention of scholars both at home and abroad. The application of cooperation control for multi-body system theory has a significant social meaning and tremendous economic value to the scientific management and decision of various departments in national economy. And the study of cooperation control of multi-body systems with time-delay is one of the most important branches.For multi-body systems with time-delay, this paper researches the interconnected stability and cooperative robust stabilization problems which based on BMI by using Lyapunov functional analysis, and gives an optimal design method of cooperative controller under given target performance index, meanwhile, based on BMI a(?)proach, deduces the sufficient conditions of time-delay independent interconnected stability and cooperation stabilization, then, turns the optimization designing problem of cooperative controller to the generalized eigenvalue minimization problem (GEVP) under the restrictions of BMI, obtains the optimization alternative algorithm which could solve such optimization problems. In the end, some numerical examples are given to prove the efficiency of the optimal algorithm.For multi-body systems with parameter uncertainty and time-delay, this paper researches the interconnected robust stability and cooperative robust stabilization problems based on BMI, and the optimal designing problem of cooperative robust controller when the performance index is given. A sufficient condition which ensures the system be cooperative robust stabilization is obtained. Furthermore, turns the optimization designing problem of cooperative robust controller to GEVP under the restrictions of BMI. The paper also presents the alternate algorithm of solving this kind of optimization problems. At last, some numerical examples indicate the validity of the algorithm.
