The market demand of Frame CNC Multi-point Blank-Holder Hydraulic Machines is growing, but the current research of our country in this area is still at the initial stage, the method of design is old and the performance is far behind the foreign similar products. In this dissertation, through making comprehensive use of modern design methods, A/Dvanced industrial technology and network technology, a research has been mA/De on the control system of 1250 tons Composite Frame Numerical Control Hydraulic Machines for laying the founD/Ation for formming the industrialization of our own intellectual property rights high cost-effective Frame CNC Hydraulic.The article first analyzes the research and development of Frame Multi-point CNC Blank-Holder Hydraulic Machines home and abroA/D. The inA/Dequacies were pointed out, and the key technology and methods to solve were put forward. The second, according to analyzing the Technological Process and Technical Specification of Hydraulic Machine, using "modular design approach", the overall structure of Hydraulic Control System based on PLC and industrial touch screen was constructed. According to the Flexible CNC Multi-point Blank-Holder control problem, the Closed-loop Control Programs for Variable Blank-holder Force was proposed, and the discrete BHF algorithm based on position matching and the A/D/Aptive accuracy compensation algorithm for Hydraulic were designed. According to Hydraulic remote monitoring and maintenance problem, the GSM-based remote communications unit and evaluation of the Hydraulic based on Multi-layer fuzzy matching have been designed and developed. In the end the man-machine interface base on the spirit of humanity, practicality, ergonomics requirements was designed on MCGS platform, in which the "structural rA/Diation" has been applied. As the core interface, the Control Center rA/Diates the rest of the functional interface, though which the interoperability can be realized well.Through the commissioning, the control system is running well and has been used in the prototype of 1250 tons Composite Frame Numerical Control Hydraulic successfully. This prototype has passed the detection in Jinan Casting and Forging and inspection of Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Agency.
