For business development,it is necessary to ensure that potential customer is discovered.So customer's demand should be considered in business strategy planning process.By analyzing the past consumption of customer,we can measure the preference of customer,furthermore,to make miscellaneous decisions of production and marketing.The research is based on data of real customer behavior,and using the Optimized Ant Cluster Algorithm(OACA).The results have a very important meaning in practical application.The dissertation is divided into six chapters.The first one is background and structure of this research;The second chapter is the theoretical summary;The third chapter introduce optimized ant cluster algorithm;The fourth part is the model for analysis;the fifth chapter gives the practical application in customer behavior analysis using OACA;The last chapter is the conclusion. |
