With the rapid economic developing, market environment and industrial structure have taken place tremendous change, whicht need developed logistics system to support. However, the traditional logistics system is artificial custom, whose function is single, do not apply intelligent technology and other information system resources, they are unable to meet customer's demand, the total transport cost is also very high.In this paper, the intelligent logistics transportation scheduling system is proposed for these problem, apply intelligent schedule technology, optimize the traffic route, satisfy all kinds of customer's need, minimize the transport cost in order to obtain the greatest benefit , improve the comprehensive competition of logistics enterprises.At first, this paper introduces combinatorial optimization problem and the basic ant colony algorithm, for ant algorithm that solves combination hard problems some disadvantage which need long calculation time and fall into a local optimal solution, imports a variety of improvement measures, such as pheromone update strategy, the dynamic adjustment of algorithm parameters, local sear choptimization, the improved algorithm in solve traveling salse problem achieves good result.Then this paper describes the intelligent logistics transportation scheduling system core problem: vehicle routing problem, in short VRP, and analysis some common VRP model CVRP, VRPHTW, Multi-Objective optimization VRP. Next apply the improved ant colony algorithm to solve these VRP problems which achieved satisfactory results, verify that the improved ant colony algorithm has robustness and effectiveness.Finally, this paper studyes reality logistics transport vehicle routing problem, introduce some factor which have impact of vehicle scheduling problem, and sets up a intelligent logistics transportation scheduling system,this system uses the improved ant colony algorithm to solve the reality vehicle scheduling problem, and intruduces the currently mainstream technology J2EE lightweight framework Spring, implements interactive with the GSM system and the Email system, which enhances the system function. In addition the system joins the SSO framework whilch improves system security. Multiple digital signatures that deal with on logistics's electronic contracts, expands the logistics business online.In short, this paper researches common vehicle routing problem, sets up mathematical model in accordance with the reality, improve the basic ant colony algorithm disadvantages. The improved algorithm which is applyed some kind of vehicle routing problem achieves good results. Into order to meet the rapid development of logistics enterprise needs, set up the intelligent logistics transportation scheduling system which implements intelligent vehicle scheduling, route optimization of the vehicle, reduce logistics costs and improve quality of service logistics enterprises, and enhance the logistics enterprises comprehensive competition, that has great reality theoretical and practical significance.
