Aerial Photo Mosaic And Its Vector Map Visualization Integration Technology,

As the basic information for the intelligence reconnaissance, campaign training and military command, the military electronic map plays an important role in the digital battlefield. To offer more intuitionistic information of the battlefield environment for the commander, the demand for the aerial photo map is also becoming increasingly prominent. Dissertation sources as a military project, in this project, the vector E-Map model in the command car system is upgraded to realize the visualization integrated with the aerial photo map, so that can improve the efficiency of campaign command.The main study of this dissertation includes the aerial photos'matching and registration, the organization and management of the aerial photo map, the compositive visualization between the aerial photo map and the vector map. The main contents include the following two parts:Firstly, the study of image registration and mosaic:(1) Image registration based on the phase correlation and its improved algorithm are discussed.(2) Key techniques of image registration based on corners are studied: Through the analysis of the corner structure features, a novel fast corner detector based on SUSAN is proposed, and a more efficient corner feature descriptor is defined, the novel feature descriptor is invariable to rotation; The corners are matched accurately based on invariable elements, some restricted conditions and prior knowledge; Anti-gap algorithm is discussed.Secondly, the visualization of aerial photo map and its integration with the vector map:(1) Through the analysis of aerial photo map system's design requirements and principles, relative key technologies are deeply researched: partitioning and compression of image block, construction of the image pyramid.(2) The Google Map API is introduced, and Google Map capture software is designed to provide test data for aerial photo map system.(3) Indexing and scheduling mechanism of aerial photo data are researched, and the aerial photo map's visualization integrated with the vector map is discussed.(4) The interface of customized development for image map is designed by using the C++ DLL, the interface can provide the function of indexing and scheduling of image data, coordinate conversion. Based on the interface, the E-Map model of the command car system is upgraded, the new system realize the integration of the aerial photo map and vector map.
