Research And Design Of A Secure Electronic Payment Terminals

With the rapid development of society, information security has became a symbol of overall national strength. Trusted Computing is the latest in today's information security research field, its aim is fundamentally to solve the security problems of computer systems. In order to build a trusted computing environment, it adopted many technologys,including creating trusted point by integrating a dedicated hardware module in computer systems, and seting up trusted chains by using password mechanism.As a hot issue in the world, the security problem of electronic payment has been people's attention.Nowadays,there were many vicious cases such as users's accounts information were leaked, or their funds were claimed.The state financial order is seriously affected. It is not only related to the security of personal properties, but even affect the health and security of entire national financial system. The reason, is that to pay in the current environment, the traders are exposed under a variety of security risks of open operation-system and network, and the bussiness are full of uncertainty.In the dissertation, we combined trusted computing with electronic payment, to reliaze safe electronic payment system. By using trusted computing theory, we build a credible hardware and operating system environment at payment terminal, and then we extends the credibility to the electronic payment system.
