Taking the news about the incidents happened in Lhasa from March, 14th as the examples, we will make news discourse analysis with the theories of linguistics, journalism and psychology to find out the characteristics of news discourse and how to insert ideology in news discourse while keeping them objective and credible. The first chapter is introduction, introducing some important concepts, such as discourse, news, news discourse. And then generally present the history and studying status of discourse analysis and news discourse analysis home and abroad. As a general survey of news, the second chapter discusses the three parts of news, not as the combination of linguistic features, but a type of speech acts.
