Internet boosts the communication,and creates a mess of information as well.Due to some reasons just like AD audiences' dispersivity, uncontrollability and fatigue,nowadays,the internet advertisement performs worse and worse.Therefore,with the dissemination concept of"Effectiveness as Guidance",to change the old traditional methods to release internet advertisement and to create a completely new mode has become the concern of internet media.In accordance with the core AD concept of"Effectiveness as Guidance",the paper discussed,based on different target markets, consumption and demands,how to adopt precise dissemination program which adjust unconsciously AD release to consciously release to attract target receivers,to ensure audience can actively pay attention to the precise AD dissemination.Moreover,it designed and put forward an internet dissemination mode,which is to inset"free call"code on the internet website and the WebCall system,which can be provided for free.The specific content and meaning are as follows:1.To complete flow through free WebCall which can attract target audiences actively pay attention to the relative AD and make contact.2.To discuss CRM analysis method which can provide ACD client revisit based on the database of WebCall.3.Through the framework and testing of the soft and hard flatform of internet AD dissemination,to proof the commercial value of the new mode based on using of WebCall.
