As one of the most important remote sensing techniques, Synthesis Aperture Radar (SAR) is meaningful in both civil activity and military reconnaissance, hence it is very demanding of the research in SAR image processing. SAR image denoising and SAR image fusion are key parts of the pre-processing of SAR images, and they affect SAR image segmentation and recognition very much. This article, based on the Wavelet analysis methods, mainly concentrates on SAR image denoising and resolution fusion for Linear Array 3D SAR (LASAR). The main content is as following:In the beginning, this article provides a brief introduction of SAR image, including SAR imaging techniques and characteristics of SAR images, and more emphasize is put on the speckle noise introduction of SAR images. Also, the Wavelet analysis techniques are discussed in a brief view.In the second, it is focused on SAR image denoising. It gives a short analysis of the ordinary methods of SAR image denoising before the main content of this part, and then in order to solve the dilemma of denoising and saving the image information, the author conceived a new method based on the atrous wavelet. It includes the detailed explanation of the method and some experiment results comparing the new method and the former methods.In the third, in order to enhance the resolution of LASAR images, a resolution fusion method based Wavelet transform is brought in this article. The method is introduced based on the LASAR imaging theory and Wavelet transform techniques. A simple simulation experiment is provided to test the effectiveness of this method. What's more, the distortion of this method is discussed in the end.
