With the development of Ethernet technology, industry Ethernet technology is more widely applied. The application of Ethernet in the servo system becomes a trend. The network communication used in a special servo system is researched in this article. The special servo system includes upper computer and multi servo controllers. PC with pentium4 is used as upper computer of servo system, and TMS320F2812 is chosen as the core chip in the multi servo controllers. Vxworks, a kind of real-time operating system, is replanted in the PC, compiled with network driver to support the network communications, and complete the graphic user interface with Windml in the Vxworks. DSP combined with USB bus controller and Ethernet controller can support network communications and USB. Upper computer of servo system and multi servo controllers compose of a small local area network, communicate with the special multicast package, and can solve the synchronization problems between the servo controllers. Update the software in the DSP by Reading bootloader data stream through USB, and at the same time design the graphic user interface in the Vxworks. In the end, analyze the application solution of a power system, introduce the method of designing and debugging the circuit, and give the final circuit wave.
