E-learning, which was firstly raised in US in 1992, is very popular all over the world with a unique advantage to global education and training institutions, organizations or departments of Human Resource Management Application and pursuit. China's network of adult education is the emergence of e-learning based on the basic ideas and methods, educational qualifications and quickly as an important complement to the various institutions of higher learning is widely used. However, as networks scale expansion of education completed, the e-learning network performance will influence the education of sustainable development bottleneck. The main purpose of this paper is to measure distance education methods of education mode, the impact of e-learning performance of the key factors and mutual relations.The writer, worked in Shanghai Distance Education Group has been engaged in the field of e-Learaing professionals in the research, development and application. As an important organization of the SDEG, The Shanghai TV University have many years of development and management experience in the application of remote education qualifications. This article will be autumn 2007 Shanghai Television University Information Engineering elective "Linux operating system" of students as a sample, using questionnaires and content analysis to understand the present system of teaching TVU status, and access to data.Through analysis of the literature, this documents presents:The satisfaction of learning, e-learning achievement will be as a performance evaluation indicators;Student characteristics,the network of courses,teaching and learning platform of the impact of interactive learning performance of the four key elements.In the analysis of the impact of e-learning factors and the correlation between the degree of achievement, using regression analysis to establish e-learning satisfaction and achievement of factors model.The results show that the object of learning, learning platform features significant impact on student learning satisfaction and achievement, and other factors not obvious impact on the learning achievement.
