Lawful Interception function has been applied widely in the communication field at present. The core network devices offer Lawful Interception interface based on 3GPP and 3GPP2 specifications. The Lawful Interception center can collect affair and communication content that report by Lawful Interception Server. The WiMax networks also support the Interception function to fulfill the market requirements. The WiMax subscriber does no have the IMSI architecture but they support NAI as unique identifier. Due to the different architecture of unique identifier it would have some conflicts with the Interception structure of 3GPP,3GPP2 when applied in WiMax network.This article illustrates the Lawful Interception structure to meet different requirements of nation or district, offer a facility Interception structure applied in WiMax and NWG network to resolves the subscribers' Interception identifier problem that exist in the NAI structure. This structure is convenient for control and application of Lawful Interception. The main work as follows:First, this article introduces the basic structure and partial functions of WiMax network entities, then introduce standard CALEA structure and defines the lawful interception structure.Second, according to the feature of WiMax network, lawful interception structure is based on CALEA standard. This article briefs about the basic structure,definition and service flow of the Lawful Interception structure.Third, it also highlights the implementation of the core functions of the structure , such as deploy the system into the current WiMax network and monitor the subscriber by using one new identification , then validate of function roundly.
