With application of network technology, multimedia technology, database technology and virtual reality technology in the field of education, the continuing development of it makes education system facing a great change, some new teaching methods such as distance learning, online training, online schools in the country increasingly becoming popular, and shows incomparable superiority compared with the traditional educational methods. Online job correcting system is an exchange platform for teachers and students and plays an especially important role in the whole process of teaching and results.This paper analyses deficiency of exist online operating system according to analyze the real situation of college job correcting and functional requirements, it makes detailed description for overall structure , and finally give description on how to achieve various functions. This paper designs to an intelligent, open, interdisciplinary and multi-level online job correcting system. It is very convenience for teachers and students'use. Students can submit their homework, browse final result, ask online questions and even take online discussions; Teachers can promulgate new homework, scan previous operations, correct results, ask online questions and manage personal information; for teachers they can issue new operations, input standard answer (for the use of automatic correcting), confirm homework, browse a student's operations, online FAQs and manage personal information. Administrators make modification and maintenance of information for students, teachers, professionals, the curriculum and other functions.This paper focuses on intelligent systems and makes full use of artificial intelligence technology; it compares students'answer with the standard answer and gives similarity between them. It also can give automatic approval for some objective questions. Indexing operations established by machine in the academic plagiarism can prevent students from copying network resources. This system realize its function by using C # development of the Web services, also using Web services to automatically check Early Bird's patented technology, automatic submitted by the students for plagiarism inspection operations and generate detailed inspection report. Shanghai Early Bird Information technology Limited Corporation designed this online job correcting system. Its main consumers focused on college professors and students. The author of this paper is one of core members of project and in charge of system's needs, design and testing work.
