With the development of the information, the bar code technology also plays an important role in information industry. At the same time, there is also have higher request to the bar code in information content , error correction ability , safe intensity etc by limited space. Under this kind of demand, two-dimensional bar code was born. Now it has been widely used in every field. Since the information density of two-dimensional bar code is comparatively high, with the picture pick-up device and the work environment effect, two-dimensional bar code imaging effect is not very good. In practical application, it is necessary to do image processing so that make the image revival and can being effective fast recognized.The development, status and application of two-dimensional bar code technology have been introduced. From the system design angle, the systematic design in hardware design and software design have been narrated in details. Take QR Code as an example, making the detailed introduction and the characteristic analysis to this two-dimensional bar code. Eliminates in the image filter chirp, specially in image adjustment aspects and so on have launched the thorough discussion. Then, introduces the QR Code′s code theory and discuss what should pay attention to when carried on. Through analyzed the QR Code′s code characteristic to introduce QR Code two-dimensional bar code decoding step and the flow.Focus on the image of QR Code pretreatment process, including the grey level transformation, the filter eliminate chirp, binaryzation, edge detection, image adjustment and partitioning algorithm and so on several parts, having analyzed in each connection the characteristic and pointed of the different imagery processing method, and carrying on the analysis contrast to the experimental result, describing the best imagery processing plan(medial filter, double-hump binaryzation, sobel operator marginal check, cubic spline interpolation and so on ).In view of the image adjustment question of two-dimensional bar code imagery processing process, analyzes the Hough transformation and Radon transformation two methods separately in QR Code image inclination angle examination application as well as two algorithm good and bad points comparison, unified these two kind of angle of bank examination recognition algorithm, and describes a new method based on the above two methods for QR Code image inclination angle examination synthesis recognition algorithm. The experimental result indicated that this synthesis examination method may obtain a more satisfying effect.
