Due to the scale of the distributed software system, maintain and update such system cost too much human resource and money. Dynamic upgrade for software means users can commit update and change the behavior of the system on the fly. Introducing the dynamic upgrade to distributed system is an error-prone activity. Even more challenging is such upgrades may not be compromise the users' requirement. In this paper, we propose and implement a P2P-based framework named PDDF for development and deployment of distributed system. PCNode is the basic element of the framework, which apperceive the system architecture by architecture increment.PDDF is a non-invasion framework for distributed component based development. The PCNode dynamically loads the instance of a component, manages the life cycle of this instance, invoke the response interfaces and manages accesses to the component object. The user or system administrator monitors the system with monitor tools provided by the framework. Two phrase evolution transaction protocol and pre-evolution are introduced to ensure the consistence of the system.
