At present, the development of informatization has surpassed preliminary stage in which information is provided and entered high-scale demand stage including.information share, long-distance official work and communication interaction. But many organizations including schools almost lack systematic overall plan for information construction, the mode of information process is out of date, most of which is pretty traditional manual or half manual working mode resulting in hard information communication and information resources share, leading to low working efficiency and restricting further development of organizations including schools.Base on a survey on vocational schools in a city where the management system of the schools is outmoded, information is difficult to exchange and data is hard to share, the thesis analyzes the demand of information management of the schools, related to practical business process of recruitment department, teaching department, student administration department etc., and proceeding with campus application state, information sources, business process system security, plans and designs reasonable data structure, decides the development idea resulting from C/S and B/S mode system structure, establishes an open safe and reliable campus MIS system based on a campus networks.The thesis illustrates the process of design and realization of campus MIS system ensuring the security, reliability and stability of the system by fixing the system bi-mode structure , optimizing setting up database server, regularizing data structure and technology standard. The thesis aims to provide scientific practical solution to overall supporting teaching, long-distance official work, scientific study and information management of management department to increase school information management efficiency of vocational schools. Meanwhile it sets up an example for informatization construction; therefore it will promote comprehensive development of citywide vocational school informatization construction.
