The network control system is the control system important development direction, the network robot is connected the robot and the computer network, through network communication realization to in network robot control, surveillance. This topic is "Network Robot" (Guizhou Province science and technology hall attack project) preliminary advanced research project. Along with computer control technology fast development, control system application domain more and more widespread, controlled member day by day complex, the control system faces is being dispersible, the intellectualized direction develops. At the same time, network technology more and more mature, causes the user to be allowed to carry on the long-distance data transmission and alternately to operate, as a result of the network technology merit, the massive research and the application starts to concentrate uses in the long-distance industry control in the data network and in the industrial automation domain, when a convention control system through some series connected channel feedback information, when this channel is possible and outside the control system other pitch point shares, this control system is called the network control system. Does the robot domain continuously in the research long-distance robot, how whether or not develop it with the network joint the network robot domain as well as should develop a new question which the application is we faces.The speech recognition and the synthesis are the intelligence control system new research hot spot, it is an emerging technology, not only including pronunciation transcribing and broadcast, but also involves the pronunciation the compression to code and to decode, pronunciation recognition and so on each kind of processing technology. The present paper does the work research goal is the pronunciation processing partial research makes the essential preliminary technical preparation for the network robot project in, the final goal is must through the pronunciation input, the speech recognition, realizes the robot according to assign the content the pronunciation order control, and orders through operator's pronunciation to operate and the control robot, causes it to carry on the essential correct response in view of operator's order. With enhances such as the mail carrier's bag to sort this kind of need large-scale, is highly effective, the high strength stream line operation application place automated level, reduces worker's labor intensity.
