The identification of different radar emitters is one of the key technologies of electronic warfare, by filtrating the radar echo, and taking advantage of their working parameter. The information about the system, application and type of the radars can be gained. Nowadays, this technology mainly includes the identification of individual signal of radar emitter and the identification of the type of radar emitter.The identification of individual signal of radar emitter mainly means to identify the features of the intrapulse modulation and the individual signal. The features of intrapulse modulation include phase intrapulse modulation, frequency intrapulse modulation, amplitude intrapulse modulation and the intrapulse modulation which combines all the three kinds. The features of individual radar emitter include the unexpected autoecious modulation which generated by the transmitting pipe, modulator, high-volt source or circuit.Firstly, in this paper, the application of time-frequency analysis and wavelet analysis in gain the features of intrapulse modulation are introduced, and some relative simulations are done to the relevant technologies. Secondly, the gain of individual features of radar signal are analyzed from the respects of time, frequency and transforming domains, and simulations results are given base on four radar emitter which have equivalent parameter.
