In recent ten years, with the fast development of information technology and computer technology, an increasing number of requests to be made to ensure the security of information, but these are still difficult to meet the needs of information security. Under this background, information hiding technology which has the characteristic of camouflage has come into people. As a kind of old and new developing subject, it becomes the effective means to hide communication and information protection, and rapidly become the research focus in the world.This paper is based on traditional ARQP algorithm, combining the relations conversion formula between luminance Y and RGB three color components, and provides ARQP's improved algorithms—ARQP213. This algorithm utilizes difference of the sensitive intensity of different colors of HVS to expand ARQP's color space as much as possible on condition that guaranteeing the quality of picture. Compared with original ARQP algorithm, improved algorithm has three advantages. They are low time complexity, low influencing to the quality of carrier picture and resisting RQP attack ability such as being better.In this paper, we use the Chaos system to produce non-linear pseudo-random array to scramble the MLSB embedding position matrix, and place this matrix in carrier image dynamically. The improved algorithm is named M~2LSB. Basing on the premise of robustness, this improved algorithm has improved the security of the original algorithm greatly. The computer emulation shows this algorithm have very strong resisting ability to noise attacks, even in a situation that picture quality is very poor, it still can greatly guarantee the correct rate of information.At the end of the paper, it described prototype systems designed. In this system, we separate embedding information and locating information as two parts. As to other algorithms, dealing with like this can have the characteristics of two kinds of algorithms at the same time, have offered stronger assurance as to the security of information. Through a large number of experiments, this paper has discussed the security of this information hide prototype system from a lot of respects, and has the overall appraisal on the performance and applicable environment of this system.
