Since the X-ray was discovered , modern medical equipment such as CT,MRI, B-Ultrasonic and etc has appeared. The traditional medical diagnostic methods have been used in many fields. With the computer image processing technology's developing, computer medical image analysis is going into a new hotspot.There is a higher calcification rate of intracranial physiological or pathologicsal,it has significant diagnosis value. In this article, by analysising the images character of intracranial calcification signs in the CT and MRI ,to help us improving the clinical recognition ability,and Using fault images and visual technology, to realize the visualization diagnosis of intracranial calcification in MRI and CT images .This main work as follows:1. by collecting and analysising images characterof intracranial calcification in MRI and CT images , concluded the relationship between calcification discover rate and the position or size of the disease.2. by using the VTKand three-dimensional calculation methods ,to realize the 3D volume rendering algorithm. reconstructed of intracranial calcification of MRI and CT images3. To establishment the visual system architecture of intracranial calcification of the MRI and CT images ,and to develop prototype system based on VTKIn a word, this paper studied the characteristics of the intracranial calcification of MRI images and CT images, and developed the visualization systems of intracranial calcification medical image.
