Based On Arm Embedded Web Server

With the development of computer technology,the application of embedded system is used more and more popular.The number of embedded computers is far more than common computers.There are five to ten embedded microprocessors in the external equipments of one common computer.And with the changing development of network technology,all kinds of network devices are used in the embedded system.Today's information age is an age which is based on network.Internet has infiltrated into every corner of people's life and work.Embedded Internet is an emerging concept and technology developed in recent years.Embedded Web server has been more and more used in the domain of information appliance,network video monitoring,and industrial automation as so on.CPU and connecting peripherals which are cheap and compact structure have the stable hardware structure after the microprocessor appeared.Since the 1990s,ARM 32 digits embedded RISC processor has extended into the world.And hold on the leading position in the lower power,lower cost and higher power embedded system.Linux can be used on many hardware platforms,and it has the advantages such as free,microkernel, strong network function etc.Linux is very suitable to be the operating system for the development of embedded,uClinux is a branch of Linux.It is designed for the CPU without MMU(Memory Management Unit),and it is suitable for the small application of embedded system specially.By the modification of standard Linux kernel with uClinux, formed a highly optimized,compact code embedded Linux.uClinux retained the majority advantages of Linux,such as stable,good transplanted,excellent networking capabilities, complete support functions of all kinds of file system and API with rich standards.And the application procedures developed on uClinux system have good transplants.So it chooses uClinux as the embedded system in the paper.In the paper,firstly it simply introduced microprocessor ARM and embedded operating system,and built the software development platform based on ARM44b0,and established the crossed development environment of uClinux.Then focus on the transplant uClinux and the principles and processes of achieving embedded Web server with uClinux and boa. Finished the Bootloader,uClinux+boa transplant based on Samsung ARM44b0;realized the visit of boa static and dynamic Web pages;and finished the monitoring system design of mobile station room with GPIO interface development driver of 44b0 and application procedures.
