Based On Threshold Secret Sharing System, The Electronic Bidding System Design And Implementation,

With the rapid development of Internet, E-bidding is widely applied to the purchase of government and enterprise. Secret sharing is the important tool of protecting information security and data secrecy, which solves the problem that many participants keep a secret, and plays an important part in keeping, transferring and validly using secret information.Based on the research of the threshold secret sharing system, the paper proposes a cheat-proof practical dynamic (t,n) threshold secret sharing scheme which is applied to the E-bidding. The procedure of E-bidding which is based on the threshold secret sharing system is described as: the bidding contract is created by the secret distribution person as bidder, then is distributed to the participants as bidding servers which can work together to recover the secret, lastly is evaluated and declared. The system includes the following outcomes: for the security of bidding contract, it is necessary to recover the bidding contract by at least t participants; the processing mode of distributing is adopted, through which the problem that the traditional E-bidding system is easily attacked and runs into trouble is solved; to protect the bidder privacy, all the information of the bidder is secret before the bidding result is declared; with the cheat-proof characteristic, the participants can validate other secret shares of the bidding contract before recovering the bidding contract; the number of participants can be adjusted and the secret shares of other participants aren't necessary to be changed; in order to recover the bidding contract, the threshold value t can be changed when the number of the participants is less than t.The system insures the publicity, equality and competition of the bidding and solves some problems which exist in the traditional E-bidding system with the security, dependability and practicability.
