It is a lately technology to measure objects in 3D environment.Be different from traditional 2D measurement,this method has the advantage of big information comment,good vision and beautiful pictures.It is said that this will be a main means to show and remade objects.In 3D measurement and re-structure technology,a fast and easy realization way is a big problem.Based on human bionics,two-camera 3D scanner is designed,which properly solved the issue.This paper introduces some key technology in two-camera 3D scanner.Hardware platform is built and software of image processing system is developed in lab environment,and we experimentalize the idea.The main content is flowing:1,Introduce the basic knowledge of computer vision,and transformation relation of the three coordinate frame in our system,which contains image plate coordinate frame,camera coordinate frame and world coordinate frame.After this,according to parallax of two cameras, depth data of measured point can be worked out using equations.2,Analyze hardware of the system and select proper CCD and Image Collection Card.Design the mechanism architecture of the scanner and obtain measure scope.3,According to requirement of position using structure light projection, analyze the advantage of gray-code raster and giving the method to accomplish.Introduce technique of image processing after raster picture fetching.4,Introduce demarcate method of camera and facture demarcate board.Get the parameter of one camera and relation between two cameras in lab environment.5,Construct the scanner equipment for experiment.According to given steps and instruments,the depth data is figured out.
