Generate Pdf Mechanisms Research And Implementation Of Xml-based Web Application In The B / S Mode

The rapid development of B/S based Web system makes Web application to be mainstream application.The Web system was asked to support more file formats like PDF as one of the most preferred format.so it is a natural request to make the Web system generating PDF more quickly.Based on J2EE framework for the use of the Web system, The design and development of "ESS" is used as a background project to be the Web-based system to generate PDF based on XML for the deeply research.The mainstream Web system nowadays, though support to generate PDF based on XML, but XML always take a role of data medium, the high separation of format and data in the process of generating PDF is required.This paper discussed how to separate the data and format in XML, and developed some of the XML labels, improve the algorithm of XML traversal,mapping the format data and display data with HashTable,and use open-source project like"iText"to devlelop the Java packages, with a view to the Web quickly and easily in the system dynamically generated PDF.in the end, accompany the research result in "ESS" project.
