With the quick development of the Internet techniques,IP switching technique has makena far-reaching influence on people's work and life.To support the increasement of the users' new operations as mobile office ,video conference, more new infrastruetures are needed,at the same time the network should be more scalable and fault-tolarence.The original Internet architecture was designed to provide unicast point-to-point communication between fixed locations.However, many applications would benefit from more general communication abstractions, such as multicast, anycast, and host mobility.Thus,there is a significant and fundamental mismatch between the original point-to-point abstraction and these more general ones.Internet Indirection Infrastructure-i3 was proposed to settle the questiones mentioned above.The i3 technique is a new research field, it is a benefical try to the next generation Internet architecture, also a reference model to the next generation Internet architecture.The first part job of this paper is the research of i3's basic principle, architecture,network model,and its core protocal-Chord,and we also analized how to support the more general communication abstractions like mobility,multicast,anycast.Because of the emergence of large amount of new operations in the Internet, the centralized server of the dot com can not bare the heavy traffic, and the service quanlity can not be guaranteed.When the users and server is far away from each other,the response speed will be slow.To resolve these problems,we propose a new service model based on i3-CDi3. CDi3 gives the i3 server the ability of content storage and delivery,and it decrease the load of the centralized server,improved the service quanlity of the dot com.We also proposed an active CDi3 scheme,it delivers the service content to the edge of the network where the users can get the service nearby,so as to improve the network service.At last, we developed a new application to support the not both online operation to improve the network's fault-telarence ability.In the third part of this paper,we proposed two new schemes based on the Chord algorithm.The first scheme is T-Chord,it uses three parallel Chord ring to improve the look up efficience.The second scheme is P-Chord, it is based on priority,and supply high quanlity service to the high priority users in the network.The forth part of the job is the coding and data structure of the above schemes we proposed,and also includes the flow chart of the schemes.The last part of the paper id the sum up.We look back the whole paper and work we have done and give advice for the next step work in this research field.
