Along with the rapid development of technology in computer and communications, mobile computer is replacing wire-network and fixed host step by step. As mass popularization of mobile device, mobile node (mobile server station, MSS) need connect to network at any moment and anywhere, mobile compute make computer and other device transform information without connecting to fixed physical connector. As one of the key technique to realizing mobile database, dynamic data broadcasting has great effect on speed and efficiency of mobile database applications. It is an effective way to solve large scale users in system of embedded mobile database and asymmetry network communications, servers collect hot data which are accessed by majority users in some way, and broadcast them actively and periodically, it can make use of limited bandwidth network in full, and enhance system flexibility largely. In the study of data broadcasting, we should settle scheduling problem of broadcasting. This paper analyses many kinds of data broadcasting strategies in mobile database, introduce CURE algorithm, which is a clustering algorithm in data mining, into dynamic broadcasting strategy, using its specialty to make it more compatible to the requirement, and brings forward a more efficient strategy with improved CURE algorithm and technique of data mining, also carries out a simple system using the algorithm, and applies the idea of the algorithm to practical application. The introduction of CURE algorithm makes dynamic broadcasting strategy have new analyze method, and the improve algorithm of CURE enhances the efficiency of executing analyze with the algorithm.
