Communication channels in challenging environments such as in factories, around heavy machinery and mine, on the battlefield, often full with a wide range of environmental noise. High-intensity noise in such a complex environment lead to high bit error rate. A new method that integrated error correction and encryption has been designed to realize the speech encryption communication in those special channels. Error correction and encryption in high bit error rate channels are completed by improving RPC (Random Parity Coding) that based on Hadamard Transform. The combination on Error Control Coding and Cryptography has been attracted attention of many domestic and foreign researchers. RPC is designed as a error-correcting coding against the high error rate at first, while the improving RPC fused the error-correcting and encryption by changing the projectors.Several simulation experiments which programmed by C/MATLAB had been designed to simulate the speech encryption and error-correcting communication in high bit error rate channels, some of the code provide by HWK had been rewritten for the simulation experiments. Experimental result proved the feasibility of this new method, the paper also researched the error correction and encryption performance of this new method.
