With the development of science technology, the instrument is developing from the traditional analogy instrument toward the instrument with the nature of digitization,automation,intelligent,networking and multifunction. The combination of the embedded technology and instrument have extensive applied prospects.On basis of diagnosis of the architecture of the arm microprocessor andμClinux system, and combined with real situation of embedded measuring instrument of oil moist, This paper emphasis on research ofμClinux embedded measuring instrument of oil moist in the aspects of soft hardware design,port operating system and data processing. This paper build the platform of embedded soft hardware with the s3c44b0 chip as core, and accomplish the port embedded system,drive program and application program base onμClinux system on the platform.According to the design of 8019 network card, and combine with the TCP/IP protocol, this paper accomplish networking ofμClinux embedded measuring instrument of oil moist. This paper provides the graceful graphical interface, which bring out the function of the graphical interface in the embedded system.Aim at the problem of the precision of signal is influenced by surrounding temperature and nonlinear in the transducer, this paper adopt the combining algorithm for neural network training is formed by Back-propagation network and genetic algorithm,use the algorithm to correct the not linear and build up the precise transducer model. The result express the algorithm model can measure the water content of the oil quickly and accurarely.
