With rapid development of computer technique and signal process technique, researchers engaging in the fields with psychological cognition and brain science not only concentrate their whole power in research of EEG signal process algorithm, but also focus on real implement of BCI(Brain-Computer Interface) with their better passion. Up to now, many institutions abroad concerning BCI have developed some kinds of BCI system applied to real world by the latest technology. Unfortunately, current BCI sysstem just has non-high performance, specially from the view of system's practicability according to recent progress in the BCI region. The reason why to cause the problem above is that the mainstream implement of BCI is baesd on PC. So, in order to improve the performance of curent BCI, development and implement of BCI with embedded system reflect out their values.This paper deeply studies every aspect of BCI's implement through a great deal of related literature, and depends on BCI2000 which BCI international conference proposed to practically carry out the BCI software system which can integrate different EEG signal process algorithms and application programs. The main achievements in this paper are as follows:1. It keep acquaintance with the implement method of current classic BCI, being familiar with general BCI model. And keepping pace with the latest correlated software development, from which getting function description.2. Establishing both embedded development environment and software running framwork which the BCI softeware requries.3. According to standard modularization proposed by BCI organization, implement the BCI software system which can integrate different modules or components into together by utilizing multithread and component structrue design techology.4. Carrying out the appliation program with controlling virtual DaoBai system, used in EEG signal train, off-line analysis and EEG signal process algorithm research.
