Tracking Of Moving Targets Based On Multiple Characteristics

Based on the summary of moving object detecting and tracking, this paper includes the following three topics, detecting the moving objects, tracking the moving objects, the establishment of real-time moving objects detecting and tracking system.On the research of the motion detection, several common algorithms about object detecting in the static background are enumerated with emphasis KIM algorithms. Based on the notion of multi-resolution classific blocks, a efficient blocked edge detecting algorithm is described.On the research of object track, firstly several main object features and matching algorithms are researched. Then the principle and implement of the Mean-Shift Algorithm is discussed based which the moving object detecting method merged the object's speed, acceleration and gray probability density is researched. The implement firstly determined the speed and acceleration of the object, those are used to forecast the potential position of the object in the forward frame. Then the Mean-Shift Algorithm is applied in the potential position to track the object.On the research of the establishment of real-time moving objects detecting and tracking system, the detail of hardware, software and constitution of the system are represented. The notion mentioned in the paper are applied in the establishment to improve the integrity.
