Now, aiming at the need of Net view,the electronic process in student paper and deal with some customizing messages have become very importment.Net view depends on the impartiality and high efficiency win the trust and nice remark which comes from student,society,school and so on. In the future which can be see, adopt the Net view will become a mainstream method in mall test. But at present, the popular used date collection, identify and OMR record equipment ,these methods can only solve the impersonality view, on the other hand, it has some disadvantages , for example: high efficacy need for information card,high cost in sheet,single identify style. Use the scanner to get the digital image of paper,go along with the pretreatment,distill character in order to finish the information collection. at last, save the image in the computer for teacher to check.The thesis mainly discuss the digital image, image pretreatment,get and identify information of image. In the first two chapters, the thesis probe into the Net view, then next become particularly discuss all the aspects of the image process. At last, it bring forward the more view of the system.The system made it so clear that when we face the identify of paper, using the digitalimage software process can reduce the cost and make the operation more agility and convenience, at the same time, it also can not decrease the process performance of system, in the whole, it can satisfy the special identify need.
