With the growing of measuring dynamic temperature day by day, dynamic characteristic of temperature sensors becomes more and more attentive. Improving dynamic characteristic of temperature sensors has effective meaning for measuring twinkling temperature. In this circumstance, on the basis of analysis on the general methods of improving dynamic characteristic of temperature sensors, we research on improving dynamic characteristic of temperature sensors in virtue of soft-sensing idea.In the first place, we analyze heat transfer trait of temperature sensors in measuring transient temperature, and get academic basis of improving temperature sensors' dynamic characteristic using soft-sensing techniques from conclusion of heat transfer trait. In the next place, we discuss the feasibility of improving temperature sensors' dynamic characteristic using soft-sensing techniques. We mainly discuss material scheme of improving temperature sensors' dynamic characteristic using soft-sensing techniques, namely giving soft-sensing model, deducing the correlative formulas of using approaching way, and give program frame. At last, we write calculating software with VB, extrapolating changing quick temperature curve from changing slow temperature.Improving temperature sensors' dynamic characteristic with soft-sensing techniques is studied in the dissertation. .Main achievements are as follows:1) The trait of temperature sensors in testing transient temperature is that outputtemperature change is slower than measured temperature change.2) On the basis of temperature sensors' transfer trait, we bring forward improving temperature sensors' dynamic characteristic using soft-sensing techniques.3) The result of numerical simulation is that we can improve temperature sensors' dynamic characteristic using soft-sensing techniques from software aspect.
