Web. Net-based Online Examination System Design And Implementation

With the development of Internet, test-online becomes a new character of test in modern education. Most of the traditional test systems based on network work as Client-Server mode, they are fast and steady, but it is more difficult and complex to setup and use them for the users who haven't professional knowledge of computer. Therefore, the test system based on the WEB is becoming the hot research issue. The system, virtues of openness and distribution, not only breaks the limit of test in class-hour and classroom, but also gives the most justness of the score.This paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of some test systems and the technology which is used widely, and puts forward a new test-online system based on visual studio.net. The new test-online system is designed developed with visual studio.net and works as Browse-Server application mode, it is more advantageous to setup and maintenance than the old one, it can run with good performance in most of the tests depended on high speed network.Secondly, we mainly research the realization and design scheme of the system, and study the essential technology of database server and web application. The system is made up of four function modules, question management module, test management module, grade management module and user management module; they are carried out by a class of database and seven classes of WEB interface.Finally, the new system was used to some courses'testes. As a result, it is proved to be a super excellence on-line test system, simultaneity, the result also points out some problems to be solved in our future work for the system.
