| Time Division Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access(TD-SCDMA) achieves high spectrum efficiency, asymmetric data service, high performance and low cost based on several innovative technologies such as Smart antenna , Joint detecting , Uplink synchronization etc. Differently from other communication system, it also brings many challenges to the RF designer for uplink circuit and downlink circuit with the identical carrier, especially with low noise, high linearity, automatic level control of burst signal and transceiver synchronization switch.In this thesis, for above-mentioned problems, the RF front-end of TD-SCDMA wireless repeater has been analyzed. The main contents are as follows:1. Because TD-SCDMA signal is a burst signal, the traditional automatic level control circuit is not applicable. In this paper, the novel automatic level control circuit with a sampling and holding module is specially designed , experiments prove that it applicant for the automatic level control of burst signal.2. TD-SCDMA system is a time division duplex mode, and the accuracy of the transceiver synchronization switch is a core part. In this paper, a GPS synchronization solution is adopted, which involves design and optimization of the synchronization module and the power module.3. Phase noise would seriously affect the error vector magnitude of TD-SCDMA system, The paper presents the relationship of phase noise and EVM, based on which choose the best cost performance frequency synthesizer program.4. In this paper, the TD-SCDMA wireless repeater is developed, according to the test results, it meets the design request, and testifies the design is successful. The paper has certain reference value for the design of wireless TD-SCDMA transceiver. |
