With the endless development of robot technology, the application of robot in industry is becoming more and more broad. The research point of this topic was based on the constituted and application of mechanic hand and the general situation of press-blow model machine.According to the analysis of press-blow model basic situation, defining the function need and action flow, putting forward the total design project of mechanic hand Using Solid Works to complete the design of components of mechanic hand and the choices of stepping-electromotor and drivers is done. Based on the analyzing the structure of mechanic hand, Kinematics analysis is done by using D-H coordinate. The analysis include positive and athwart。The paper analyses and introduce the interpolation of thrice polynomial, arc applied in the movement of the mechanic hand to complete Track programming. Finally, it was play by the form of the animation to show to anticipate the track of the machine hand up. Through analyzing the control process of mechanic hand, making the mechanic hand adopting the control system of PLC, completing the whole design course of the hardware of the mechanic hand Control Logic system and the exploitation and debugging of the motion control system.
