The coke is the essential raw materials in the metallurgy process. The quality of the coke directly affects the metallurgy producs. Coke-pushing plan plays an important role in the steady and successive process of coke. Making proper pushing plan and carrying out the optimization scheduling are crucial to increase the yield of coke and insure the quality of coke.This paper has made deep analysis on factors which influence the layout of the coke-pushing plan, including coke-pushing serials, coking time, operating time, examining and repairing time and big cycle time etc. Based on technology analysis, the goal and overall project of this system are put forward.Coke-pushing planning and optimization scheduling have many difficulties, such as diversity of objective function, complexity of constraints and difficulties to determine the coefficient. By analyzing the characteristic coke-pushing plan, its layout principles and optimization modes are built to the normal operative mode and abnormal operative modes for chaotic group, accident and sick coking chamber. When the process is steady, the expert experience is used to layout the coke-push plan. In abnormal operative modes, Dijkstra algorithm for getting the shortest path is used to acquire the coke-push plan based on the optimization scheduling of graph and network. And Dijkstra algorithm is simulated in Matlab and its validity is verified.At last, the VC++6.0 programming language and the Oracle database technology are used to develop the coke-pushing plan and optimization scheduling system. Scientific coke-pushing plan can be layout automatically and the process information can besupervised in real time with this system. When this system is put into service, obviouseffect can be got and the coking process is more steady andsuccessive.
