Speech Signal Processing Applications In The Telecom Value-added Services

Recently, with the innovation of the telecommunication operation system and the development of the market, the operation of telecommunication is more and more professional, the management updates quickly, many kinds of increment operation appear; This article is based on the analysis of the modern telecommunication increment operation, developing an voice change system by IP, and use VC to implement it.This article is divided into five parts.In the first part, we recall the development of our telecommunication, and describe the competition of the telecommunication in our market, then do some analysis about the main characteristic and problem in modern times; at last, the author introduces the telecommunication increment operation and points out the importance.In the second part, the author introduces some methods about the voice processing, summarizes the principal of the voice shifting base on some general knowledge of the voice and analyses the characteristic of different methods.In the third part, according to the request of this project, the author describes some algorithms about the system design, and illuminates the purpose of using them.In the forth part, the author has a particular description about the structure of Magic Voice: at the first, the author introduces the background of this project, then supposes some environment to use this system, and provides the solution of it; for the deep understanding of the system, the author describes the main algorithm and system processing of the Magic Voice, and explain some main classes in the program; at last, the author assume the next version of the Magic System.In the last part, this article is about some new technologies and the prospect of the telecommunication increment operation.
