The network advertisement is one of most effective ways to modern advertisement host. However, while the cost of network advertisement is getting higher and higher, the effect is lower and lower. The reasons are as follows: the user of the network subjectively neglects the advertisement and has aversion to the compulsory advertisement and mail advertisement. In addition, the popularity of soft wares against net advertisement burdens the development of the web page advertisement. Faced with such situation, the advertisement host is unceasingly attempting new ways to increase the effectiveness of network advertisement, and enhances its communication effect. Among the attempt, by aiming at the special receivers and advertising, some advertisers have successfully explored the potential energy of network advertisement. The search engine advertisement, the"Narrow advertisement", the categorized advertisement, and the blog advertisement come into beings. The directional advertisement becomes effective on the network. Therefore, by means of intellectual technologies, the categorized communication and the directional communication, applied in the network, turn to be major way of network advertising.Nowadays, the study on communication technologies still remains on the level of verbal description. Systematical researches on the principles between the network technology, ad-communication pattern & its effect and directional communication of network advertisement are still on the way. Based on the theories of communication, network sales and micro-economy, targeting at China's present state of network advertisement, this author of the paper, firstly, analyzes and describes the static system of advertisement communication on the network. Secondly, the author attempts to research on the dynamic system of network advertisement. Brief assessment on the advertisement communication is also included thereafter. Finally, the author puts forward to the basic strategies of directional network advertisement with the support of analysis above, the basic theory of network communication and psychology. On one hand, this is a summary of the phenomenon of network advertisement. On the other hand, the author expects the paper below can be a guide in the practice of network advertisement.
