This dissertation focuses on a sub-project of the CTCS (China Train Control System) balise, and put forward the hardware and software design scheme of the aptotic-information balise with large memory, low power consumption. The balise based on the DDS theory and accord with the CTCS standard. The paper solves some key problem as follows:1. Analyze the balise's principle, the requirement of the CTCS standard, and the test results of the abroad and native's balise product, we bring forward of the design target in the condition of design material's absence.2. Based on the DDS theory, we apply the production of modern digital integrate circuit and MCU's development, introduce the method of low power design, EDA software, we realize a FSK output with low power consumption and continuous phase. The test result suggests that we achieve the target with 70mW input power, 1mW signal power and 0.1ms response time.3. We simulate and optimize the match network between the signal and the antenna through the real frequency method and ADS software. Realize the impedance match of large relative broad band. The designed network obtains the performance of 1dB deviation in the signal band and 30dB attenuation out of the band.4. We analyze the demand of the balise practical application, and add the wireless program function to the balise. This can offer some convenience to engineer of train system.
