Nanofluidics is a relative new subject. Nanoliquid system has many advantages, such as smaller size, higher response speed, and lower energy. It can also reduce the useless volume in the experiment. The development of the new micromachining techniques has made the study and application of nanofluidics much more accessible.The diffusion coefficient is a basic property for the liquid. It's very useful to know if it has different values in the macrostructure and nanostructure. But now very few people do the research about that. So the main job in this paper is to measure the liquid diffusion coefficient in the nanostructure and study the fluid character in the nanostructure. The jobs are listed as follows:1 The conclusion of the theoretic methods of the diffusion coefficient in the liquid was made and the conditions for use these methods were analyzed .2 Based on these, a new theory of the diffusion coefficient was picked up, and the simplification was made in order to make the equation applicable for the measurement.3 Based on the theory, a new method for measuring the liquid diffusion coefficient was designed, the measuring system concludes: the Wheatstone bridge for measuring the resistance in the liquid; the fix system of nanochannel; electrode made from pinhead. The measurements for Feasibility and precision of the system were also made. A series of the experiments for the measurement of the diffusion coefficient for kcl solution were done successfully.4 The comparisons between the results of the measurement and the theoretic calculation were made. The reasons for the differences between them were listed. The errors and the possible improvement in the measuring process were listed.It was proved through the experiments that this measurement for liquid diffusion coefficient in nanochannel was feasible. It also has the advantage of short time for measuring, less complicated operation and low requirement for the equipments of the measuring.
