Evaluating the reliability of system is an important facet in reliability engineering field. Along with the research of large and complicated system increasing, mathematic simulation has already become the main means to evaluate the reliability of large and complicated system. This paper studies various mathematic simulation methods just in the development, providing a more general mathematic simulation method. Design and develop program using C++ program language, and the detailed implement step is presented. This paper includes five chapters.Chapter 1 first put forward the problem of evaluating system reliability, introducing the concept of mathematic simulation. After this describes and studies the present condition of mathematic simulation applying in evaluating reliability .In the end summarizes the main working of this paper.Chapter 2 gives the detailed introduction and researches to the theories foundation of mathematic simulation, including fault tree analysis method and the principle of mathematic simulation. The fore part mainly introduces the basic concept of fault tree, the methods of building and analysis fault tree .The after part mainly introduces the principle of Monte Carlo mathematic simulation and the produce method of a few familiar distribute random variable .By comparing and studying, fixes on the methods this paper adopting.Chapter 3 first categorizes the existing mathematic simulation methods, making detailed introduction and thorough research to various methods. In the end provides a more general mathematic simulation method and carried on the detailed introduction to this method.Chapter 4 introduces the thinking of the program aiming at the new method and the resolvent of some key problems .The key problem includes the building of program data structure the gain of minimal cuts set and mathematic simulation process.Chapter 5 computes the example and analyzes the result using the program, and makes the summary to the full paper.
