This paper presents migration through resolution cell (MTRC) of high resolution inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) rotation platform imaging.ISAR rotation platform imaging is base of radar imaging. MTRC exists with the improvement of resolution or for big target, in ISAR rotation platform imaging. MTRC caused by rotational motion is neglected if resolution is low, but in fact, MTRC must be taken into account with improvement of radar imaging technology. This paper studies for MTRC caused by rotational motion.This paper mainly consists of three parts:1) Questions about MTRC in ISAR rotation platform imaging is introduced detailedly.2) MTRC Compensation used polar format algorithm (PFA) is studies, and come up with new interpolation algorithm.3) MTRC Compensation used keystone transformation is analyzed thoroughly. The solution of MTRC can obtain clearer imaging for pilotless aircraft,battleplan,warship and gain strong scatter center distributing, which can diagnose and evaluate radar cross section (RCS) and investigate shelter and anti-shelter.
