People have been focusing on the Airborne Passive Phased Array Radar Antennasince 21th.At the same time,the most attention is paid to the element of Ferrite PhaseShifter used for the phased array antenna. The research of the special functiondriving for ferrite phase shifter also is very important.We have designed aASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit) with small volume,power dissipationsmall,high reliablity,high Integrated density.It exactly meets with the features ofAirborne Radar Antenna.The thesis describe a system based on the ASIC perfoming a series of functions ofreceiving data,address decoding, D/A converting,Pulse width moudling,poweramplifing and so on.Because it is a subsystem of passive phased array radar antenna,inorder to secreting we don't say too much in specification.Power supply supplying themagnetic energy also is a part of the system.We complete the circuit design, debuging and testing.As a result of experiment,it isa very good system.The main content and works of the thesis are present as follows:1 Resarch the theory for Ferrite Phase Shifter magneticed,and finish the ASIC forFerrite Phase Shifter. basing on the ASIC,we finish the PCB layout;2 Design and produce the main board circuit;3 Design and produce DC-DC converter using integrated planar magnetics;4 Design and produce 960W AC-DC converter using the ZVZCS -FB;5 Design and produce debugging circuit system.
