Software reliability allocation explains how reliability the software is. Softrware reliability allocation supports guides to allocation of time and tasks of different parts. It also supports effetial control tool ,and make reliability design into systems. As a result, this phase makes an important role in continue reliability.According to this, this paper generalizes and analyses software reliability model, discusses deeply AHP software reliability model ,describes hierarchy structure, solution of total relation weight and proposed AHP software reliability model according to "severe structure " and "liner cost model " and " liner utility model", by analying this model, this paper improves models from software structure,cost model and utility model aspects. Refering to solution ways of software reliability allocation models, this paper analyses and compares several modern improving technics and according to traits of this AHP model, this paper proposes GA solution. It analyses coding way, genetic operators and management of restrictions. Then appling the theory to do experiments to 3G billing system: sets up software reliability allocation model ,do solution by GA. The result of experiment indicates that appling GA to AHP software reliability alloction model is better than GAM tools.As a result, that applying GA to AHP software reliability model can get best result.At last, we summarizes all and prospects advanced researches.
