The running water control system has been extensively applied in the large waterworks, but the small scaled water control system hasn't been widely used in most of the cities. There is much room for improvement. Moreover, many problems exist in the water management(such as water source epuration, water usage amount estimation control etc.).It's more necessary to use the small scaled system. The total target of the system is to provide an instrumental professional water management system for the city water undertakings. It needs to achieve these functions:1. To accomplish the computer management of the urban hydraulic supply line and the related equipment data.2. To supply convenient and useful water line design tools for project planners.3. To supply a practical and dependable supplementary tool for the daily maintenance and recovery service of the water pipe.The design process includes the designs of the hardware and software, electronic circuit diagrams, program module codes etc. We detect each control point of the water spot through the one-chip computer and input the data to the PC by the serial communication technology. Let the PC process the data and then supply decision data for the water management. The one-chip computer use the inset control system to gather data and transmit it to the PC. The PC stores, handles and illustrate the data. The interface of the PC illustrates and stores the delivered data, reports and prints.The topic is centered on the researches and experiments of the water control system. Chapter 1 in brief introduces the topic background (the problem and solution in the water managements) and the achievement of the measuring control in the large waterworks; Chapter 2 introduces the serial communication technology and water treatment system sensor; Chapter 3 is to manufacture the experimental facility of the data communication on the water measuring control spot based on the correspond technology ( including the creation of the hardware system constitution, electric circuit diagram etc.);Chapter 4 is concerning the software design of the data correspondence in the Delphi programming environment (imitate the realization of the interface and code in measuring control spots, data correspondence); Chapter 5 is to test and summarize the experimental facility and obtain the good study and research results. The last one chapter is the summary and prospect of this topic.
